Carolyn Farino is a Senior Vice President with American Global Project Solutions practice, based out of our New Jersey office. In her role as a Project Risk Advisor, Carolyn utilizes her extensive knowledge and leadership skills to help our clients assess complex risk and assist in the development, design and implementation of an appropriate risk management program to meet their needs and achieve their business objectives. Prior to joining American Global, Carolyn served as Senior Vice President & Head of Insurance-Americas for Lendlease. Calling upon that experience, together with her professional education and cumulative knowledge she acquired in previous roles as an account executive and/or vice president with firms such as Travelers, Willis and Allied, Carolyn now puts her expertise to good use for the benefit of our contractor and developer clients around the globe. Carolyn holds the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Underwriting (AIU). She is also a licensed New York Property & Casualty Broker and has completed OSHA 30 training. Carolyn graduated from St. John’s University School of Risk Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Insurance major, Psychology minor) and has completed INSEAD Management Development Program 2.0 ‘Leading Through Connection.’
