Nancy Rogge is the Learning and Development Manager at American Global. Nancy leads the American Global training & development efforts, supporting continual learning of both employees and clients. Nancy has extensive experience placing and managing the insurance programs for commercial contractors. Throughout her career, Nancy served as the primary client contact for her accounts, and she is known for her dedication to her clients. She is a proven leader, managing the workflow of team members for efficiency and superior customer service. She has extensive experience with guaranteed cost, loss sensitive, project-specific, and subcontractor default insurance products. Nancy consistently achieves excellent client satisfaction through unmatched service and a deep understanding of the insurance marketplace and coverages. Nancy began her career in insurance in 2007 at Allied North America. She is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree and completed graduate studies at Georgia State University in learning and development. Nancy holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and a Certified Insurance Counselor license (CIC).
