William Griffin is the President of the Florida operation. He is a passionate leader and trusted business partner responsible for driving strategy, delivering results, and ensuring the long-term success of American Global clients.
Will was one of American Global’s first employees and has played an integral role in developing and expanding its platform. He has focused on cultivating essential market relationships and building a local team of dynamic professionals. Before joining the American Global team, Will worked for a global brokerage firm, where he helped increase the local construction book by 200% in three years.
Will is currently an active member of several construction associations and serves as a board member of the CFMA of South Florida and acting Associate General for the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County. Will is a graduate of Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Arts, and Sciences Degree.
