We are extremely pleased to announce that George Luther will be joining American Global as Vice President – Insurance. George will be residing in our new Charlotte, North Carolina office. George brings more than 25 years’ experience in risk management and insurance services, the last 8 of which were spent at Zurich North America. George led the Southeast territory and managed impressive portfolios of large, middle market and project/wrap business.  He has proven expertise in specialized risk transfer and management, with a thorough understanding of coverage placement throughout the insurance industry.

George received a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University and is active in many industry associations including Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), where he served as a board member for 4 years.

George holds designations as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
