Francois Wasselin Head of Infrastructure

Francois Wasselin was recently appointed Head of Infrastructure, where he will lead the newly formed American Global Center of Excellence for Infrastructure.  Prior to this appointment, Francois served as Senior Vice President and head of the Alternative Delivery Practice, overseeing complex insurance placements for major projects and advising on the development risk management solutions. He also assisted American Global’s clients in their risk allocation discussions based on the technical features of their projects and the proposed contractual risk transfer. Francois is a published thought leader and frequent speaker at several construction and infrastructure conferences. Prior to joining American Global, Francois was the SVP of Project Development at ACS Infrastructure Development, a subsidiary of the ACS Group, where he led the development and management of ACS’s P3 pursuits in the U.S. Francois led all commercial negotiations and risk allocation discussions between the various parties on P3 projects. Francois is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (Paris, France) with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Mechanics from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France).
