Summer Internship Program

Our 8-week internship is an opportunity to expand your horizons and explore the vast world of Risk Management. Experience life at AG through hands-on projects, professional training, and collaborative problem-solving sessions with members of our leadership team. At the end of the program, you will have insight into the career opportunities available and the skills needed to succeed in those roles.

Our focus on people is the driving force behind everything we do. This means doing the right thing, not just for our customers and employees but for our community. Through our corporate program, AG Gives, we provide charitable support worldwide by investing and participating in philanthropic projects and inclusion efforts. American Global Soccer Tournament in support of the South Florida YMCA

Our annual soccer tournament brings together industry partners, employees, and clients for a day of action-packed fun! Each year in South Florida, we partner with the local YMCA to raise donations for their Youth Soccer Program. The YMCA is a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development.

American Global Executives Lead by Example

When it comes to giving back and supporting the communities we serve, our leadership ‘walks the walk.’ Over the past few years, our CEO and COO have served as honorees for local charitable organizations that support youth and health education, working to help raise more than half a million dollars combined. They also continue to lend support by continuing to serve as board and committee members as well.

All for One & One for All

Our local teams are always eager and ready to help others in their community. Whether sorting and packing food boxes for distribution to families in need, walking for a worthy cause or shopping for holiday gifts for children living in poverty, the American Global team is here to lend a hand. Their generosity is as strong as their desire to win – working at a pace to break former box-packing records!

Habitat for Humanity

We previously partnered with Habitat for Humanity to build a house for a family in Nassau County, NY. Our monetary support helped cover the costs of building supplies, materials, training supervision, and support resources to successfully transition into homeownership.

United Way

United Way advances the common good in communities worldwide, focusing on education, income, and health. Specifically, during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, our team members banded together to raise funds for the COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund. American Global matched each dollar our employees donated to the cause.
