Summer Internship Program
American Global's 8-week summer internship is an opportunity to expand your horizons and explore the vast world of Risk Management. Experience life at AG through hands-on projects, professional training, and collaborative problem-solving sessions with members of our leadership team.
Our program offers opportunities across the country, in a variety of departments including: Insurance, Project Solutions, Innovation/Tech, Accounting, Claims, and Marketing, so there's something for everyone. By the end of the program, you'll have gained valuable insight into the many career paths available at American Global and acquired the introductory skills and knowledge needed to succeed in those roles!

Supporting those who Served
Our Florida team proudly participates in the annual Soldier Rush 5K — an obstacle course event that supports veterans by testing endurance, teamwork, and perseverance. Stepping outside the office, our team takes on the course together, encouraging one another through every challenge. The event brings people together around a shared goal while supporting those who have served.
Safe Haven for Every Animal
Our Canada team happily supports AARCS Safe Haven (link), working with the Alberta Animal Rescue Crew Society to help care for animals in need. Through volunteer efforts, our team assists with daily operations that provide safe shelter and prepare animals for adoption. AARCS plays a vital role in protecting vulnerable animals and connecting them with loving homes.
Changing Lives with Oasis
Our New Jersey team has been long-time supporters of Oasis – A Haven for Women and Children, whose mission to provide essential services, training and assistance to women and families in need. In addition to financial support, our teammates volunteer regularly, preparing and serving meals, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for the community. American Global is honored to support organizations like Oasis who make a meaningful and lasting impact in people’s lives.
Island Harvest: Fight Hunger
Our New York team partners with Island Harvest Food Bank throughout the year, in support of their mission to end hunger and food insecurity on Long Island. During the summer, our team volunteers at the Healthy Harvest Farm, planting crops that provide fresh produce to those in need. In the winter, we assist with their food sorting and repacking program, enabling them to distribute pre-packaged essential items to the community for the holidays. Through financial support and year-round volunteer involvement, American Global proudly supports Island Harvest’s efforts to nourish our neighbors and strengthen local communities.
Racing for a Cure Together
Our European colleagues in Rome, together with family and friends, take part in their local, annual Race for the Cure, joining a global movement dedicated to raising awareness and advancing the fight against breast cancer. Surrounded by survivors, supporters, and communities united for a cause, the event is a powerful reminder of the impact we can make together. Through participation and financial support, our team is proud to stand behind a mission that reaches far beyond the finish line!

C3 Summit: A Day of Impact
American Global’s annual fundraising event, now in its 12th year and known as the Miami C3 Summit, brings together colleagues, clients, and carriers in South Florida for a full day of connection and comaraderie. The day begins with morning panel sessions who bring industry insight, followed by a 16-team soccer tournament that raises funds and concludes with an evening cocktail networking event. All funds raised have gone directly to charity, including 2025 which raised $150K for the local YMCA. Starting in 2026, we are spreading our support to other charitable foundations that support industry-related training and scholarships.
