Francois Wasselin is Senior Vice President at American Global and leads the Alternative Delivery Practice. In this role, Francois is leading insurance placements for major projects and developing risk management solutions. He also assists American Global’s clients in their risk allocation discussions based on the technical features of their projects and the proposed contractual risk transfer. Francois is a published thought leader and frequent speaker at several construction and infrastructure conferences. Prior to joining American Global, Francois was the SVP of Project Development at ACS Infrastructure Development, a subsidiary of the ACS Group, where he led the development and management of ACS’s P3 pursuits in the U.S. Francois led all commercial negotiations and risk allocation discussions between the various parties on P3 projects. Francois is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (Paris, France) with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering and holds a Masters Degree in Mechanics from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France).
