American Global is proud to announce that Marc C Drumm, CRM, has joined American Global Canada as Senior Vice President. Marc will serve as the leader of the Canadian insurance team which recently welcomed Account Executive Ann Donald and Account Manager Joann Zhou. The Ontario-based teammates will operate out of American Global’s Canadian headquarters in Oakville, and together, this talented team will provide Canadian contractors with the best-in-class insurance services and solutions that American Global clients have come to expect worldwide.

As a Commercial Insurance Broker for more than 40 years, Marc has a depth and breadth of knowledge that will prove to be a valuable asset to clients in Canada and abroad. While Marc has gained knowledge across a variety of industry sectors, his core focus has been the construction industry and all risk-related matters including contract review, large projects, Public Private Partnership (P3) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) insurance. Having worked on the insurance broking side of transactions as well as within a construction firm, Marc will bring unique insighst and perspectives to our clients and prospects.

Prior to joining American Global, Marc was Senior Vice President, Construction and Infrastructure Practice at an international brokerage and consulting firm. Previously, he was the Insurance/Risk Manager at one of Canada’s largest general contractors. As an insurance broker and advisor, Marc worked on a multitude of prestigious projects including several multi-billion dollar infrastructure and transportation projects, as well as numerous hospital/healthcare and courthouse facilities, among others.
