Chrissy Williams is an Assistant Vice President focusing on claims in the southeast region of the United States. In this role, Chrissy supports the Southeast offices to provide complete claim service, support, and advocacy for clients.  Chrissy is responsible for the handling of each claim from inception to closure, advocating and working directly with the carriers and clients to minimize exposures and bring claims to quick resolution. Chrissy takes a very hands-on approach and strives to provide exceptional customer service, prompt response and attention to detail.  With over 14+ years of claims experience on the brokerage side with a focus on construction and real estate. She has experience handling claims for property and casualty and professional lines of coverage. Chrissy is experienced in risk transfer, assisting clients with thorough initial investigations of incidents, reserve evaluations and disputing coverage issues that may arise. She is experienced in assisting clients in identifying potential exposures to avoid future claims. She works closely with clients, adjusters, and Nurse Case Managers to expedite injured workers returning to work sooner. Chrissy holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation.
