Katie Wright is the Career Development Manager at American Global. Katie guides new and current employees in their career paths, while implementing best practices and programs for these roles. Katie drives strategy within American Global operations as we continue to bring on new hires across the country. Katie spearheaded the implementation of our employee mentorship and internship program to continue to attract talent to our agency. Previously Katie was the President of our Georgia operations where she was a solutions provider focused on designing, negotiating, and servicing contractors with their risk management needs. Katie distinguished herself in the Georgia market with her innovative skills and her commitment to placing clients’ needs above all else including expert advice on contractual risk transfer, coverage analysis, experience modification review, deductible analysis, and collateral negotiations. Katie began her career in 2000 at Allied North America and developed into a reliable leader within the insurance community. Katie holds a Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation and is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.
