Torre Taylor Dos Santos is the Director of Talent and Culture at American Global. Torre began with American Global when it was founded in 2014 and assisted in growing the companies’ operations and administration. She leads internal and external branding for the company, works to improve processes and procedures, and leads long term organizational planning within American Global. Torre also guides and manages the overall provision of the companies Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Torre holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and is a licensed Florida General Lines agent. Torre is a graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management & Marketing and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Florida International University.
